Architecture for Crimes

And  Killing Humans

The Avalanche of Crimes & Corruptions

May15, 2018

The political architecture for crimes and corruptions begins with the nasty roles of criminal politicians for enforcing and implementing their political and economical agendas. The strategizing of power relations is an integral part of the their plans.

The ideology of corrupt and criminal politicians illuminate how easily people are able to attach the titles like the "moron" and the "idiot" to them. They deserve these titles. The most powerful officials in the governments don't know what they don't know who know that they are morons or idiots.

The question is why the architects of crimes against humanity and the promoters of corruptions should continue their commitments when the institutions in the country are functioning? Why?

Legitimate reasons to charge the criminal politicians in the international court of justice are many. Charges of crimes against those politicians whose words and actions in the world have led to crimes, must be the focus of the justice systems around the globe.

It is obvious that those politicians who have been convicted of crimes must be named with the names of other criminal politicians in the historical books.

People's fighting against the tyrannical politicians in the world is fighting for justice, meritocracy and humanity. The question is raised by many people: Why do the U.S.A., the Middle Eastern countries, the African- and south American countries should have a lot of criminal politicians in many high positions? Why? Where are the functioning institutions?

Crime and politics in the U.S.A affects globally. The question is: should American people ban the politicians like Oliver North, Dick Chaney, Donald Rumsfeld, George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, Donald Trump, John Bolton and many others whose actions had led to crimes and corruptions, from any public jobs and to take them to the court of justice?

Prosecuting public officials/figures for crimes and corruption in the U.S.A and in the world, is deeply appreciated by all peace makers around the globe.

On Thursday March 15, 2018, the Daily Nation's report entitled
Criticising politicians now a crime in Indonesia

In this report it reads: "The so-called MD3 law opens the door to pressing charges against anyone who "disrespects Parliament or its members" but does not set out possible minimum or maximum jail terms."

The International Criminal Court should begin its investigations against these criminal politicians as soon as possible. Political corruption and state crime should be banned in the Middle Eastern countries, In Africa and elsewhere.

On September 10, 2017, Jonathan Cook published his report in Aljazeera News Agency entitled
Criminal indictments loom large
for Israeli PM
Benjamin Netanyahu and his wife.

According to this news, Israel's attorney general, Avichai Mandelblit, said on Friday that he intended to indict Sara Netanyahu with fraudulently diverting some $100,000 from public funds. The charges carry a maximum sentence of five years in jail.

In countries that have special (more political) impeachment proceedings for government ministers, it is usually the rule that these only apply to offences committed in their capacity as ministers, while breaches of ordinary criminal law, committed in private capacity, is left to ordinary criminal procedures.

Moscow's New  Enterprise

In  the new government  of Armenia

The Reality of Kremlin’s Influence

May 14, 2018

Since 8 May 2018, a new Prime Minister in Armenia, Nikol Vovayi Pashinyan, 42 years old, and a member of Armenian National Congress, began to be a commander of the occupation of the territories of Azerbaijan in Karabakh.

The dictate from Moscow, Vladmir Putin to Nikol V Pashinyan, as a new puppet was: "TRAVEL TO "THE OCCUPIED TERRITORY OF AZERBAIJAN IN NAGORNO KARASBAKH" and show that the policy of Moscow remains: OCCUPATION CONTINUES!

Nikol V Pashinyan followed the order from Vladimir Putin in Moscow on his first official occupied territories by the armed forces of Armenia (wrongly used: the foreign visit!) as the new puppet for the imperial Russia.

Pashinyan traveled to the city of Khankaandi (wrongly used: Stepanakert!) to attend the OCCUPATION DAY OF KARABAKH (wrongly used: the Liberation Day) and the JOY & MADNESS FOR THIS OCCUPATION (wrongly used: the Victory Day celebrations).

Mr. Pashinyan's meeting with Russian president Vladimir Putin was enormously important. It was his first visit. Karabakh's visit was his internal affairs because everything in Karabakh is under the control of Armenia.

In his first visit to Moscow, Pashinyan never demanded from his master Vladimir Putin the withdrawal of #102 Russian military base from the territory of Armenia. Armenia's destiny is in the hands of Moscow.

The Armenian military forces dependent on all kinds of helps from Russia. Russia and Armenia have established joint ground forces for many reasons. Russian forces in Armenia are not there to play football! Prime Minister Pashinyan is for the continuation of joint defense force of Russia and Armenia in Caucasus.

On April 26, 2018, Mr. Emil Avdaliani, who teaches history and international relations at Tbilisi State University and Ilia State University published his article in Georgia Today in which he addressed the following remarks: "Losing Armenia, for Russia, would mean foundational changes in Moscow’s influence in the South Caucasus. Armenia without Russia would mean a much stronger Azerbaijan. The latter, because of Russian presence in Armenia and the domination in the Nagorno-Karabakh resolution process trying to play a balancing game in its foreign policy."

Why Armenia is Important for Russia

This lecturer of history and international relations at Tbilisi State University added:"Armenia without Russia means a militarily less hesitant Azerbaijan, which will signal the start of renewed hostilities around Nagorno-Karabakh. In that scenario, Yerevan is likely to face difficulties defending its positions."

Mr. Pashinyan believes that Russia and Armenia strengthen joint military force more and more and to keep the occupation of KARABAKH alive!

Many political analysts don't believe that Vladimir Putin of Russia has allowed the occurrence of a revolution in his puppet state. The question is how Putin made Nikol Pashinyan, with a journalistic back ground as his new puppet while was supporting Serzh Sagsyan, Republican Party chairman Serzh Sargsyan, who loved to be a permanent bedfellow with Moscow's Vladimir Putin.

The enterprise-in-chief of the Moscow, Vladimir Putin is not naïve to allow a person like Pashinian to come out of the blue. It is impossible. The scenarios related to the puppets or marionettes are in the political arsenal of Moscow for a various reasons.

To play the old game for the president Serzh Sargsyan to become a lifetime prime minister didn't work for Moscow. Whether involvement of Pashinyan to launch the chain protests in a time when the accused former president to crimes against humanity in Khojali Massacre attempted to his manouver in transition from president to prime minister was genuine or based on the scenario of Moscow, will be clear in the future.

As long as Mr. Pashiyan does not withdrawals his armed forces from the occupied territories of Azerbaijan in Nagorno Karabakh and the seven surrounding regions and does not deliver the accused leaders of Armenia, the former presidents, Robert Kocharyan and Serzh Sagsyan to The International Court of Justice in The Hague in the Netherlands for the investigation of their alleged crimes in Khojali Genocide in February 1992, the new prime minister's claims for respecting of human values and meritocracy are empty words.

Nikol Pashinyan was the Armenia protest leader who forcefully selected as a new prime minister when Vladimir Putin signaled a green light from Moscow.

While the occupation of Azeri territories by the armed forces of Armenia continues, both countries are enhancing their military potentials. Armenia with no economy , with no real industry, with no money, has become the most militarized country per capita in the world. Russia supplies all weapons and the U.S.A and the Western countries finance the needed money.

On January 25, 2015, Diana Shendrikova, ISPI Research Assistant wrote: "Armenia occupies the third place in the world ranking of the most militarized countries per capita, after Israel and Singapore, with its arms purchase expenditure that amounted to $247 million in 2013."

Armenia’s role
in Russian great geopolitical game

On April 26, 2018, Emil Avdaliani, published his article in Georgia Today entitled "Why Armenia is Important for Russia."

In it Mr. Avdaliani wrote: "The Russians would be very keen to keep Armenia under their wing, limiting possibilities for Yerevan to diminish the Kremlin’s influence in the country. Moreover, many, if not the majority, of the Armenians themselves understand quite clearly that it will be extremely tough for the country to withstand a two-pronged alliance of Turkey and Azerbaijan. The very security of Armenia depends on how powerful the Russian troops are in Gyumri"

Why Armenia is Important for Russia

The writer of the article in Georgia Today pointed out that the long-term Russian strategy is quite simple: to have as many military bases in the region as possible.

The same author continues: " The military base in Armenia is crucial for forestalling a Western military presence in the South Caucasus, specifically in Georgia. Indeed, a simple glimpse at the South Caucasus map reveals how the Gyumri base, together with military bases in Samachablo (so called South Ossetia) and Abkhazia virtually encircle Tbilisi."

The writer stated: "This is important when we discuss NATO expansion in the South Caucasus and how this could potentially result in direct Western military confrontation with Russian troops."
